No Sound after installing Linux Mint on new Thinkpad
I just opened a new Thinkpad this afternoon, installed Linux Mint 8, applied all updates and the sound is not working. The standard volumes meter(s) seem to be turned to the max. This is my first experience with Linux Mint, so I was hoping someone could walk me through a checklist of things I should look at to find where the problem may lie. Thanks!
