How do I move home to a separate partition? Also how can I tell if I moved it?

When you say "moving home" do you just want to move personal files you have or the configuration files that are hidden in the home folder as well?

I would keep a live disc handy in case you mess up editing fstab and can't get back into your system. Post back if you have any questions.
