Task Bar flash
This happen with many distro I used, in the panel down where's there all my window opened, it keep flashing with firefox chrome etc just 1 of them but always flash and its annoying, anything for remove it ? thanks

Not sure if this is what you mean, but I had a flash around the screen edge everytime i clicked something in the panel.
To get rid of it:
Alt+F2
Type "gconf-editor"
Navigate to Apps/Panel/global
and untick "enable animations"
