cpufreq

Hello.
A question regarding cpufreq:
when i install mint xfce edition powernow it was working great till i restart the machine . After that i try to reinstallit but no chance to work :-( "no or unknown cpufreq driver is active on this CPU "
So i find in repo cpufreq...but after installtion it vas the same errror.
I reinstall Mint and first time i install cpufreq...it was working 20 minute ..after that " no or unknown cpufreq driver is active on this CPU ".
So maybe somebody can help me . Here are some details from my machine:
