so it seems I am not able to fix this, it does not want to boot in my bootloader

it is then possible to enter in a terminal with a live cd and save all my data in my home directory

If your files are still ok, you should be able to get to them through the live CD graphically.

Just load the CD, then goto Computer in the mint menu and it should be listed on the left as a partition. If not, then you may be able to run

fsck -a
on the partition to try to repair any errors or use a recovery tool but im not personally too sure on the use of either of these.

my drive is their but it gives me an error when I try to mount it
