Hi All,

I gather information about Linux daily. My favorite source is Linux Today, and I follow others, plus -- of course -- the global news on my iGoogle Home Page.

I have a RSS feed viewer, but want to get hit with the news fast.

Here's my Home Page...

What does everyone follow, or have they given up on Google, and gone to Yahoo?

Anyone have "Linux for Dummies" suggestions?
mschilling,

I've been there, and had your same thoughts.

If you can run a PC you can already run Linux. Books don't help as Linux up-dates itself every day.

My suggestion? Linux Mint 3.0 "Cassandra" -- Full Version. It will be a CD that you burn, then put into your CD/ DVD drive.

It will not effect your present sytem - it is a Live-CD.

Take a look around to see what you see. Then join the Forum here, search around for answers. If you can't find them, just ask.

Simple, yet all for free!

I have been were you are at right now!
