Mint9 doesn't boot after update

Post by amintuser »

I had normal working system. I never updated it with "backported" or "unstable" soft. Main, upstream and imported packages only. But today after update my Mint9 just don't wonna boot. It stops on Linux Mint splash screen (with dots under).

What can I do here?

If you cannot boot using the older kernel, so you can try to boot using the next CD

UltraBoot2 = Mint 9 + Ubuntu 10.04 + Ubuntu 9.04 + USB_modeswitch-paketteja + SmartBootManager + ohjeita
