sudo hp-check -t after ruuning this command i got this message about misssing dependencies

Can you please teach me how to download and install these missing dependencies.My printer HP Photosmart C4680

Cups DDK is not in Package manager by that name. What is offered in response to a search is hplip-cups. This is a cups driver package for HP printers, It may or may not satisfy the dependency. Try it and see.
PolicyKit is in both Package Manager and Software Manager. Just search policykit and install it.
