Occasionally it can happen that you get these strange little annoying errors, could be because of the updates. The configuration files of certain apps are only loaded when you launch it, since nautilus actually runs all the time and it didn't refresh the system wide configuration file and maybe the update gave a little error with the old file. Just a theory
