This is a really minor update, why the urge?
Mint uses its own version of Firefox and you have the latest
I suppose you could do it downloading from Mozilla but .....

If you go to Mozilla they don't have a .deb file to download
so you'd have to use a "tar.gz" file which is a bit tricky if you're not used to that
