How to update firefox in Celena?

hello, I have ff 2.006 and want to have ff 2.007, is there any way to update it easily?

I mean, using synaptic or something like that?

This is a really minor update, why the urge?
Mint uses its own version of Firefox and you have the latest
I suppose you could do it downloading from Mozilla but .....

If you go to Mozilla they don't have a .deb file to download
so you'd have to use a "tar.gz" file which is a bit tricky if you're not used to that
Would not do that....

ok, thanks, I know the use of tar.gz files but I won't update firefox since I didn't know Linuxmint had its own firefox version.
