Update Manager Problem !!

This is what i'm getting when i try to update:


W: Failed to fetch http://packages.linuxmint.com/dists/isadora/Release.gpg Could not connect to packages.linuxmint.com:80 (80.86.83.193). - connect (111: Connection refused)

Can anyone steer me in the right direction ?? :( :(

i have the same problem and i Chang the server to best server France and every thing is OK .
