G'day and hello, I'm running Mint 'Julia'
in 'package manager' it's saying it's installed.....checking 'properties' its in
section:Gnome Desktop Environment (universe) and I can't find it anywhere HELP please

Run it by typing glunarclock into the terminal or Alt+F2 run box.

If you want a launcher for it on the desktop, right click Create Launcher and put glunarclock in the command box.
There's a similar way to make a launcher in the Mint menu.
