Whenever I try to access Help from Celena I get this message. [Subject line].

It was a complete installation from a downloaded iso file - is the Help file still being written? Is is available from a separate download?

I'm not 100% sure on this but it might be the package gnome2-user-guide missing in the default selection. The problem with it is that it's quite a big package and it would make the ISO bigger than 700MB... we'll need to address this somehow in the future.

Thanks Clem:

Not in Wiki Mint - any chance of a download supplementary to the installation?

sudo apt-get install gnome2-user-guide

or use synaptic to find and install the package.

Put it in the software portal with a brief note on the install.
