Linux Mint Main (Julia) Update Issues

Hi Friends,

I have been having for a while now major hiccups with the Update Manager. The issue seems to be the screen-shot provided whenever I try to update. I have search for solutions on Startingpage.com and the forum (plus applied what was suggested) with no dice. Any help would be appreciated. :D

They could be updating the files that are giving up the 404 (not found).
Opera being really popular in the Linux Community, chances are it will be resolved within a day.
