Toshiba A105
I am very new to Mint, so please bear with me. I just did a fresh install of Mint on a Toshiba A105 and it seems to be very unstable. Each time I reboot, it gets hung and only works about 1 in 3-4 times. It either gets stuck at the logo stage and just hangs or with the black box in the center. I noticed a few folks saying maybe Linux is not very compatible with Toshiba machines, but I like the interface and want to see if there is anything I am doing wrong.

Hi,
0. What mint version did you install? Can you try mint9?
1. Is your CD / DVD download verified correct? just check the md5
2. Does the LiveCD session OK?
