I downloaded a bunch of themes and installed them. I have them in a folder. I know where they are. But where are the ones that I created from these themes that are installed? i.e. I open up a theme and it says CUSTOMIZE and I create about 35 of them - so where are they stored so I can back them up?

'~' is your home. So ~/.themes is like /your home/.themes 
For the hidden files in Nautilus you should have in a menu an option 'see the hidden files'. Click on it et voilÃ

linuxviolin. Thank you - I wasn't sure about the ~. The hidden files I never knew that I could open them through the menu. Great - they are all there! Thank you so much!!!
