You have done the right thing and posted details of your laptop - especially laptops are hopeless to find out anything about on the net as what seems to be one laptop very often are two entirely different computers.
But - there is nothing about your sound
Run lspci in a terminal and post the part that has to do with sound.
I think this is a mixed hard/software problem
