old hp laptop with cassandra?

Hi, I have an old HP Omnibook XE2 from 1999. it has 64mb of ram and a pentium ii. do you think cassandra 3 xfce might install?

let me know if this is ridiculous or if you have any pointers on making it work. the computer ran windows98 superquick considering how old it was, but i'm ready to switch to open source. thanks!

im no expert at all but im gonna guess that you will have difficulty running MINT... im running a PIII 667mghz with 768RAM and Cassandra XFCE isnt exactly fast, its fine but nothing mindblowing.

puppy linux is awesome i think, im sure theres a way you can run that

hey if you end up liking puppy then try fire hydrant it's the mint to puppies ubuntu. i mean it's got all the codecs and a few games already installed. plus it looks prettier.
