Mint on old computer

Postby fiik on Thu Jan 03, 2008 6:35 am

I have just (with support) gotten the bugs out of Daryna on my main computer. So impressed with it that I want to update an old 98 to some form of Linux or Mint, main use will be browsing.

My second comp is an old Dell 667 MHz cpu, 394Mb RAM. Not up to the requirements of Daryna. Just hangs when booting from Mint CD.

Any advice will be good

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
