rotate desktops by scrolling mouse on desktop

Postby kefurd06 on Fri Jan 04, 2008 3:59 pm

i have switched to mint from ubuntu, and aside from items like my computer on the desktop, i love it (got rid of em btw). one thing that i really got used to with ubuntu was i could move my mouse to an empty spot showing the desktop background, scroll my wheel, and switch workspaces. i have looked and i just can't figure out how to do this in mint. yes, i have installed compiz advanced settings. also, in ubuntu i could middle-click and drag the desktop to move from workspace to workspace. i used that too. thanks!

...try to left click the windows and drag them.
As for mouse wheel rotation, I miss that too...
