Please stick to easy to-the-point questions that you feel people can answer fast. For long and complicated questions prefer the other forums within the support section.

For LM12: Old IBM T22 laptop, 512MB, 40GB HDD (partitioned to two 20GB fses w/dual variants of LM12), CD-RW/DVD, single USB 1.1 port and on-board Ethernet
For LM16: IBM ThinkCenter M52, 4GB, 500GB HDD (partioned for WinXP dual boot)
