click search and use
dolphin it gives 3 packages, its the one called dolphin-kde4

that's weirr, maby you need to update yr repositories before searching dor the dolphin-kde4
or you can always copy my lixux mint repositories
it is added lately so maybe update before look for it

Or maybe you are using some experimental/unstable repos
