Sync Windows Mobile 6 With Linuxmint

Hello

I was just wonder if it is possible to sync my pim details form my Windows Mobile 6 PDA (HTC P3300) to any linux software (Thuderbird, Kontact, etc..)

I basically need to sync my contacts & calender 2 way. If I can get it right Goodbye winBLOWS partition... :).
I am running Linuxmint KDE Edition....
