Problem with close panel

Problem with close panel

Hi, i have a problem with close panel over windows. It somewhere disappear when i change resoliution and refresh rate. Can someone help me?

This is usually a Compiz/Beryl problem and/or a problem with themes. Some themes don't have that top bar (what ever it's called) Try to use another theme
