Touchpad: Grab/Drag & Snap to

Postby Andy Mack on Thu Feb 14, 2008 8:54 pm

Hiya everyone, I'm fairly new to linux and I'm happy as larry with Mint, crackin job you's did with it.

I was wondering is there an option to grab a window with my touchpad and drag it but remember i'm dragging it until i tap the pad? In windows with synaptics this is possible but cant seem to find it with linux.

Secondly, again in windows is an option to snap the mouse to OK or Yes when a dialog box pop's up. I quite liked that and wondered if it was possible in linux.

Much appreciated
Andy

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Have you installed the latest Synaptics touch pad driver? Please see this post and then post again with more detail. Thanks.
