I don't know a reason for it and it should be easily fixed with
//Edit/ typo above fixed - there must be a space before restart//
but for some reason this does not work in Daryna as it did in earlier versions
The (temporary) fix is instead right click Network manager and untick "Activate Network"
Right click again and this time do the opposite - tick "Activate Network"
If that does not work you'll unfortunately have to reboot
