How to edit keycode

Postby Thainop on Thu Feb 28, 2008 3:01 pm

I have Japanese laptop keyboard which I want to remap some keys to make it more useful. For example: Keycode 208, keycode 211, keycode 133. Can someone point me to url on how to assign these keycodes to something useful for Mint Main edition Daryna.

Is there a way to remap keycode in xorg file? I don't know just guessing.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

What are these keycodes
There is a way to map keys in the gconf-editor which is described here for Ubuntu but it's the same for Mint
