Re: Installing Real Player
Realplayer is available in the repros. Just go to the mint menu, package manager and click the reload icon to bring in the latest updates. Under search type in Realplayer and select it. This will ask if you want to install and apply. That is it. Realplayer in linux will not give you the same as the windows version. You should already have a realplayer plugin in Firefox if you are running Elyssa.

Merlwiz
Tried your package and got the following terminal output. Can you throw any light on it please?
dpkg: error processing file
trying to overwrite/usr/share/mimelnk/video/vnd.rn-realvideo.desktop which is also in package kdelibs.data
dpkg.deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (broken pipe)

Re: Installing Real Player
That's weird that shouldn't be in any other package.
I guess I will have to move them so it doesn't conflict.
