Recording audio/video from Skype?

Hello,

I was wondering if there's an application which can record audio and video off Skype calls. I'm taking music lessons with a teacher in Canada via Skype and it would be great to be able to record the sessions so that I can go back and watch them again later when I'm practising. Is there such a thing?
