There are several threads on this laptop on the Ubuntu forums. One suggested this http://www.crapules.com/wordpress/2008/ ... nd-ubuntu/ but headphones wouldn't work afterwards. It doesn't seem like it is fully supported yet. Post what Husse suggested first before you try any fixes though.
