My account has been made inactive and the sign-in message says to contact a board administrator. How doe you do this, can't find help anywhere????????

It may be that you have not used the account for a long time and the database has been cleansed. If so just re-register. If you need further help have a look at the FAQ at the top right hand side of this screen.

I would love to re-register but the error message says: The entered e-mail address is already in use.
I looked through the FAQ's and nothing on emailing the administrators . . .
