Sound & Shutdown Or Restart Trouble On Acer 4530

I'm newbie, i love this distro, because i have problem with thi os on my computer

1. My Sound active i can hear music with sound on my laptop, because if i plug my speaker jack on my laptop,
sound on my speaker not active just sound on my laptop to active. How i can to hear sound on my speaker? Please Tutorial
2. If i shutdown or restart my laptop, I see Logo Linux Mint but just moiety or not complite this after i install driver VGA from hardware driver.
How i can to repair this?

Please help me..........

and add this line at the end:

options snd-hda-intel model=acer

(might work)

Plus Question My video card not Optimal, i finish install lastes driver card versi 177.82, because my video card not optimal, how i can optimal my driver card? please.....
