Can't Dowload via Torrent

I wanted to give KDE CE a try, but I can't download the ISO.

I downloaded the torrent file here:

But KTorrent (I'm using Kubuntu) says that "Torrent is not authorized for use in this tracker"

Can I fix this? How?

I can download Linuxmint 6 just fine. I also noticed that while Linux Mint 6 is around 664.5 MB in size, the KDE CE is 1.16 GB. Is this the normal size?

I can't download direct because my connection is rather slow and unstable.

It is a DVD edition, so it is a pretty good sized download. This edition has anything you could want, set up and ready to go.
