please do tell me which is the best way to create a good sound in aMSN?

It's very hard to google for sound in aMSN as the hits are old
To really help you we need to know what your problem is
You also have to tell us more facts.
The minimum is exactly which Mint you have (Edition, version)
We also need to know a bit about all your hardware.
Run " lspci " in a terminal and post here (To copy from a terminal right click)
Some wifi and possibly built in sound can be connected to USB even if they are internal - if you suspect you have one of these run " lsusb " in a terminal.

I am using felicita, maybe better another version?
(when i was usuing ubuntu, the olderversion was better for sounds sometimes)

In general, aMSN, Skype and such programs have trouble wiith the sounds.
But since I use aMSN again I found out the sound is not really working, by the way als0 the webcam.

Please give me a total advice in this.

This is a solution explicitly for ICH8 but it works for ICH7 too I believe
It includes "model=acer" but you of course adjust to whatever you have or model=auto
There's also a link to a good sound troubleshooter
This is for sound in general - if your problem is aMSN only you have to find help there
You have some parts I don't recognise....
