Drag 'n drop default action?

Post by DapperMe17 »

Hi,

I like the default Thunar action in Mint XFCE of "moving" a file, rather than "copying" that file to the new location in a drag 'n drop fashion.

Unfortunately, this is not the standard action in Xubuntu (default is to "copy" a file to it's new location; the original then has to be deleted).

I'd like to utilize Mint's behavior in a Xubuntu environment.

Could I ask how you accomplished this?

Thanks

RMB = Right Mouse Button, select cut from the drop down menu, then RMB paste to your new location.
