Who knows as to put this https://www.google.com/video/upload/UploadInfo?hl=en program Desktop Linux Uploader for Linux, there 3 versions of this program Googe Video Desktop Uploader for Windows Macos i Linuh I dowload it and I can not put help please

I asked as to establish this program from Google in Ubuntu Mint it is not put!
