"A malicious client may be eavesdropping on your session ...

Post by .ee »

Code: Select all

Could not grab your mouse.

A malicious client may be eavesdropping on your session or you may have just clicked a menu or some application just decided to get focus.

Try again.
Since some time I am getting this message when trying to launch the partition manager or Synaptic by clicking on their icons.
I can launch them only from the command line. Where is the problem?

I am on Felicia Gnome.

Try enabling levels 3 to 5 updates in MintUpdate and look for libgksu2 or similar then apply it/them. If there is no such update, enter this command in the Terminal:

Code: Select all

dpkg -l libgksu* | grep ^i
Then reinstall all packages listed in the output.

This happened to me a few days ago, but went away for seemingly no reason...
