Hi!
Is it safe to use "suspend" or "hibernate" in every-day-use? Does it make your system slower over the months if I don't use "shut down"? Or is it better to use "shut down" for example once a week? I use "hibernate" because the power is off but starting the system is a bit faster, since I'm the only user of my pc and I don't have to use password..

I've never heard of suspend doing any damage to a computer. Hibernate probably will take up some RAM and probably HD space, but there shouldn't be any major damage at all to your computer.
