Adding to the "Open With..." menu

Post by hansencomputers »

Hi gang,
How do I add something, like "Bittornado" to the "Open With" menu when right-clicking on a .torrent file?

By default, Transmission is the client, but I prefer to use Bittornado.

Thanks,

Mike

if you right-click the file select properties and the open with tab you can select what you want or add to it with the add button.

Thanks, that was helpful, but I have a follow up question.

How do I make Gnomebaker the default program for buring CDs? If I put in a blank CD, I would like Gnomebaker to come up, or at least if I double-click the blank disc icon, have Mint launch Gnomebaker.

Thanks.

Open Nautilus' preferences and go to the media tab, there you can change it.
