How do I get this?

I only have the text with grub right now. How do I enable a different grub graphic?

Your link shows the boot splash of the live cd. After install you only get text unless you follow the instructions on how to add a grub splash elsewhere in the forum. But beware, you could loose boot completely if you make a mistake.
possible to fix from the live CD, but still)
