Opera crashing

Post by Fornhamfred »

Following an update yesterday which included Opera 9.64 from 9.63 when entering my password in the Gotomypc Java universal viewer the system crashed back to the logon prompt. I have uninstalled 9.64 and reinstalled 9.63 but that now has the same problem. Attached is a screenshot of all the upgrades, can anyone see any other update which may be causing the problem please.

Thanks Boo

Deleting Jasper also took out Amarok. Is it possible to get the previous version of Jasper as all was working fine before the upgrade.

What made you suspect Jasper?

its name.
J is for java
As is for asp
p is for php and perl
It is a web development framework, and the only one that looked to relate to java.

well that is my twisted logic.
