ekiga install

Hi, I am having problems installing the latest version of ekiga. I tried to add Yannick Defais' PPA repository through Synaptic. After which a:

sudo apt-get install ekiga

installed version 2.0.12

I am using Linux Mint 6, and aren't sure what I did wrong. What command can I copy and paste, to add the repository? Thanks

Well looking at Yannick Defais' PPA he hasn't built 3.0 for intrepid(Linux Mint 6).
