KDE Menu won't go away some times

some times the KDE menu won't go away, unless I click on the desk top or click the LM start button.

I thought that was the normal action.
not as annoying as the plugged in devices pane.

It's actually staying open until you click again on the start button or launch something. Clicking the desk top does nothing. I would think it would go away if I click on another window. It also stays on top at all times, although there is probably a setting that will let other windows cover it if you maximize them.

KDE CE 4.2.2
It's true

Right click on LM menu start and change it to classic menu style
It works the way you like it to work
Who knows some news updates will correct this annoying bug
