when I googled for "Invalid value '1' for option 'mv4'" - first on the listI commented out hq="$hq -mv4 1" in ffmpeg_utils to make export works again.
I don't know if that helps you but try it - you can always uncomment if it does not help

this is just a hunch but as I noticed it is using ffmpeg try what I did in last part of my post http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.p ... 81#p153323, it seems to add more codecs to ffmpeg.
Worth a try? You can always put it back if it doesn't work...
