Beryl on KDE

Post by VRP »

I have managed to install Beryl from the Wiki entry by substituting KDE stuff for Gnome apps etc. It all works, which is cool, though there was some wierdness with the Adept Package Manager. However, I have the Adept Notifier green ball in the top left of my screen and a black screen minimised in my tray called Adept Notifier. Anyone know how to get rid of this?

In addition, I can't find what I need to do to get Beryl to run at start up in KDE. Saw something about putting a shortcut in the Autostart folder, but that did nothing.
