download movie clips (Solved)

Post by smokeymtn_ron »

How can I download and save movie clips from a web page that has multiple clips on it? When I try to download the clip, I'm getting the whole WEB page with all the clips on it. Ive tried Kget and also the add on downloader for Firefox.

You may already know this, but when you play a clip (like an flv clip), it can be found in your tmp directory. I just grab any clips I want to save from that directory and rename them. No need for separate software.

You could try some Firefox extensions like

Easy YouTube Video Downloader: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10137
Fast Video Download: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3590

Or you could try DestroyToday's Doppleganger: http://www.destroytoday.com/projects/doppelganger
