USB Pen Tablet ipen

I have a USB superpen which works well in my friend's winXP machine, not detected in my mint6 laptop / or desktop
have installed wacom driver ... no help

linux can be more cerebral than other operating systems; you can feel satisfied when you have installed something and it works; and you know WHY
