I've just installed gDesklets which appears in the Accessories menu, but it doesn't launch after clicking it.
I opened a terminal ant typed...
leke@leke ~ $ gdesklets
...and got this error...
bash: /usr/bin/gdesklets: /usr/bin/python2.5: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
Wassup with this?

Re: gDesklets installed, but doesn't launch
Gdesklets is not working in Mint 7 due to a dependency problem. See these threads:
http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.p ... =gdesklets
http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.p ... =gdesklets
http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.p ... =gdesklets
As you can see, the problem is well known and a fix is being worked out. Keep watching the first thread I linked as it is the most likely place for a workaround to be posted.
