When installing Mint, I click on Cyprus (Capital= Nikosia) in the 'Select Time Zone' part and it lists it as being in the Asia list of countries which explains why i couldnt find it in the drop down list for Europe.
Since Cyprus joined the EU in May 2004 it is no longer part of Asia and is part o Europe.
I noticed this bug in a few distros back in 2004 when Cyprus has just changed, but i have to report it as a bug when its still listed as Asia 5 years later
