"milt" eh? I've never tried that one...

My linux library is:
Fedora core 6
PCLinuxOS 2007
Ubuntu 6.10
mint 2.2

and unfortunately a nice slim install of xp proffessional so I can play my games....however, linux is first choice for everything else. If only it had better support for windows games....

- Bea (on my wife's laptop)
- Bianca Gnome and Cassandra BETA006 (on my laptop)
- Bianca KDE Edition (on my desktop)

Apart from that I really like to use Fedora Core 6 and Debian Testing now and then (I'm working hard at putting what I like from them into Mint so hopefully I won't have to use them in the future :)).

My wife beeing a tooootal noob I didn't even get her started with Windows ... So now she's a happy Linux user and she loves her KDE desktop. She doesn't even know the difference. And from time to time I abuse her machine for testing out new distros. The nice thing about Linux is if you do the backup right ( /home/* !!!) then a noob user like her won't even notice that you completely exchanged the distro underneath her desktop and that she isn't on a SUSE system anymore but has silently been migrated to Ubuntu ... Or Debian Etch ... or whatever else I try out on her machine :D

hehe that's very scorpy :)
My wife has worked in the backoffice of a bank with NT (and I think now XP) for a long time, so she's kinda "windowish"
And she loves to play "spider" which does not exist on Linux (I think) (Spider is one of card the games that comes with XP, not exactly a "gamers toy")
And now that she's retired she spends more time with that laptop so I can't lay my hands on it :)
